Data Deletion
You may reset your anonymous identifiers and clear locally stored data at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings → Reset My Data. After doing this, your future activity will be tracked under a new anonymous ID, unlinked from previous activity.
To request deletion of data already held by our service providers (analytics, subscription records), email us at support@playmaskoff.com and include your Anonymous ID, which can be found by going to Settings and long-pressing the version number at the bottom of the screen. We will process such requests within 30 days.
You may also remove locally stored data by uninstalling the App from your device. If you are unable to access the App, contact us at support@playmaskoff.com.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately.
